Hi, I've been talking with barchart support after finding questionable data. A few of the instances are attached below. The member of their staff confirmed that they do not have these prints in their data. I've tried scrubbing the data with delete>download but nothing seems to work. Please advise with what I should do going forward. We are disappointed by this because we had worked very hard about a year ago to make sure that the proper sale conditions that would cause these abnormal values, are filtered out. The data that you see is actually valid data transmitted by the exchanges but it does cause a problem with the charts. We are going to be gradually working this out over the next couple of weeks. The particular sale condition, M, that Barchart says is causing these large-volume values, is already being filtered so we are not sure about what the problem is. We discovered the reason for the large volumes. That will be corrected overnight. It was not a Barchart issue. It is issue on our side.

The volume errors for SPY have been cleared up. Re-download the data following the instructions here: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
