changing from AMP-Rithmic data feed to Sierra's (non-professional)

Referring to our conversation last Friday about chart delays during high volatility that do not affect alerts or execution I decided to try Sierra's new data feed with the 500 depth on DOM for the month of November.
I would like to know what you need from me in order to be make the switch with the beginning of next month and I hope this way help exclude any other factor that may cause these recurring delays during volatility.

Yes, I prefer thru my AMP account.
I am non-professional and my AMP account is funded.
I would like to avoid double payment for the monthly fees,and that is why I suggested changing with the end of October.

Dear Sierra,

I have cancelled today my Rithmic feed in the morning as advised by AMP two weeks ago.
I would like to start tomorrow morning my Denali data feed trial please.

FYI: there has been one (but only one) even of increased market volatility and that was this Wednesday (yesterday) at 16.00 EST and the Rithmic data feed has "blacked out" as usual, the same way as discussed two weeks ago.

You offered me a Trial month on 14th October, after you sent me the link to register for the Denali feed under:

You also wrote that you "are working out the ability for AMP to offer the Denali Exchange Data Feed for use with services other than the Sierra Chart order routing service. This should be available this month."

Then you asked me if I would like to run it thru my AMP account and I said yes.
If I follow the above link I can only chose between the Sierra-account-funded services of SC-Order-Routing or All-Services, but not the Trial feed that we discussed.
What am I missing? You wrote that you would arrange this with AMP.

Remember, that I don't route my orders thru AMP or Sierra, but I have an independent Broker Account (Interactive Brokers), which is the very reason for why I could establish that there was a data delay during times of high volatility.

As there is a very large amount of action in the marketplace today on the 1st November, that I already missed, I need to know if this is this going to work now.
