In regards to post #1, there is no exception when we test your Chartbook. Are you using the OpenGL option? If so, disable that option:

We will continue to test the Chartbook.

We are still unable to duplicate any problem with your Chartbook. There are no exceptions. Do you know if you are running the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart? This is what we recommend you use.

I'm using 64-bit version and my OpenGL is not enabled.

When I'm using the Chartbook I sent you, Sierra Charts is repeatedly crashing. Is there a log file I can send you for further investigation?

We are continuing to test your Chartbook on a release build and completely stable. No there is nothing more that we need other than the Chartbook. Actually, we can now see what the problem is. You are running custom studies now that we look at your screenshot again.

That is where the problem is. Refer to the instructions here:

Yes, that's correct. My Sierra Charts only crashes when I add the Custom Studies.

However, my Sierra Charts only started crashing after I updated to your 1997 version. So the only thing that changed was your software, not the custom studies.

But that does not mean the custom studies are not the cause of the problem.

There could be a programming error in them which only shows up sometimes (we explain this in help topic 17), or we may have inadvertently changed something in the ACSIL structure given to the study functions, which is causing a problem but that is really not that likely anymore.

I just rolled back to your 1991 version and my chartbook is no longer crashing. So once again, the only thing that's changed is your code.

There is indeed a problem with the custom studies you are using. Refer to:
Custom Studies has issue on windows 10

The developer will take care of this.
