The flatten key does not work and other keys do not work on account ** Please advise on what I should do with the account thanks howard hess If you decline support does that mean I should trade futures elsewhere and will you advise me about this problem. Thank you hh

The first thing we need to know is how do you come to conclusion, that there is a position in a particular Symbol and Trade Account? Do you see the position in Trade >> Trade Positions Window? And the other thing to be aware of, is each chart has its own Trade Window and you may be using the Flatten button on the wrong one. Refer to: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM Also from our perspective, the Trade Account identifiers are completely irrelevant to us.
