The first thing we need to know is how do you come to conclusion, that there is a position in a particular Symbol and Trade Account?

Do you see the position in Trade >> Trade Positions Window?

And the other thing to be aware of, is each chart has its own Trade Window and you may be using the Flatten button on the wrong one. Refer to:

Also from our perspective, the Trade Account identifiers are completely irrelevant to us. There is no reason to give those to us and we have hid them.
