Study that shows Value Area Lines over time on the Chart?

Is there a Sierra Chart (Built-In or User Contributed) study that can display the Value Area lines on the chart over time?

I'm trying to figure it out with that study but:

1) would I have 2 use 2 sets of these indicators and set one to 70% and one to 100% ?

2) would there be any way to shade in the areas like in the screenshot?
