Hi,

I've changed from Package 5 to package 3 this morning, and all of a sudden I am unable to connect to SC data feed. It is showing as not available for current package. Could you help please.

Your Sierra Chart service package is still on 5. And your account is active. You are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Update:
