Hello Sierra Chart Support Team,

Since today, it is no longer possible for me to log into the TransAct Data or Trading service with my functioning TransAct account. My TransAct account is still valid.
I have been using the Sierra Chart Platform independently of TransAct / Infinity for the trade and chart service for years.
Could you please help to solve the problem? Thank you!

Error message: TransAct WS | Account logon error: -1(-1)


(Note: I am using the current version: 1987 (September 12, 2019))
