Ok we see. So you are having trouble connecting to Rithmic. Most likely a permission denied error. Refer to:

You need to update Sierra Chart to the current version by running this installer:
https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe

Please make sure Sierra Chart is not running when you run this installer. Here are the TransAct set-up instructions:
