Is it possible to have 3 calculated values placed above the high of a bar of the main price graph in chart region one? Say one value at 5 ticks above the bar high, value two a at 10 ticks above the bar high and value three at 15 ticks above the bar high.

All of this is possible, however the question we have is what study are you using to accomplish this?

I would like to use 6 calculated values (3 shown on top of the bar high and 3 shown below the bar low) from either from a spreadsheet study or 6 different spreadsheet formula studies.

Have a look at using multiple instances of this study: Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar as Text The study Subgraphs that it references will then need to have their Draw Style set to Ignore.
