Hello.
I received a request upon booting up Sierra to sign a CQG PDF I accepted, sent and closed.
When I go to boot up my Sierra I receive an error message popup that states - "Sierra Connect Error,
20 Login Attempts in 5 minutes." I cannot connect to the data feed.
Please advise.

The pop-up message would not state "Sierra". It would only be referring to CQG. The error message is from CQG. It is CQG blocking the connection. Disconnect with File >> Disconnect . Wait greater than 5 minutes and connect again.
