Hi SC,

This is in continuation to our mail chain. I am still unable to open historical spread charts after enabling a professional connection to CBOT exchange for the account manojjindallive. Below are the issues i face:

1.Historical Spreads are not listed in the Get Spreads option so i have to manually adjust the year to open the data file. (eg. ZCH19-ZCK19.FUT_SPREAD.CBOT)

2. I have checked the chart settings to cover the period the above contract was active in, but there are no candles drawn. (i will attach the chartbook for you to check the settings). However, the current year active contract(ZCH20-ZCK20.FUT_SPREAD.CBOT) gives me real time data as well as the market depth accurately.

3.Is there any alternate way of opening historical spread charts apart from what im trying to do in point 1 ?
Also find attached the message log on reconnection.

Attached is a pic as the historical chart looks like for me.

I want to work with a lot of historical spread charts and would be grateful if you could instruct me on how to set up these charts.

We want you to set both of these settings:

To 4000 and then re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Refer to our response above. We do apologize for the delay. This request required additional time to look into. And then had gotten overlooked. So a reminder is always important if you do not get a response within a day or so.

And we are going to implement new Symbol Settings which will avoid the need to set the Maximum Historical Intraday Days To Download setting to 4000.
