Auto trading and Acccount :no account specified error

Hi SC support

I am on SC v 1983. FXCM is my broker, and I also use FXColo as a remote site (VPS?)

Background:
Was auto trading using the Trading System Based on Alert Condition functionality last Thurs Fri no problem while trading Ger30,US30, and SPX500. Performance was as expected.

Problem:
Today, initially Autotrading was not working on any of these names. I found a message on Trade Activity Log saying "Setting orders waiting for service update, as updated. Account : No account specified" . I tried re-booting VPS site several times.

Now SPX500 functionality is working, but still can't autotrade US30 or Ger30. Have also just seen on Trade Service Log a message for US30 saying
US30[M] 60 Min #2 | Automated Trading is disabled. Trade Action not performed. Select 'Trade >> Auto Trading Enabled - Global/Chart' to enable. | 2019-09-16 10:59:41.763
but please note Auto trading is enabled for both Global and Chart.

Are you able to advise steps I can take to remedy both issues?

That first activity log message is not relevant.

You just need to enable automated trading with these options:
Trade Menu: Auto Trading Enabled - Global (Trade menu)
Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level
