Hello, My name is Dianna and I am a student of Tradepro Academy. I want to get and pay for data through sierra charts and order route through cqg, to have AMP order execute. I believe I set up 2 Sierra account name: AC120988 & wsft100. Which account do I need to sign in with to receive live data? I paid $50 to both account names. I have signed into sierra under both account names and still do not have live data. Bottom line, what do I need to do to get live data?

I keep getting the following message, "connection error message from service: CQGwebAPI market data login unsuccessful. server message: username or password is incorrect.

You need to log into Sierra Chart with this Account Name: AC120988. Refer to:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Login with a Different Sierra Chart Account Name

You should only be using one Sierra Chart account so we will transfer the funds from wsft100 to your other account.
