All Charts load only 3 days

Hello,

I am currently testing SierraCharts but for any reason every chart is only loading 3 days (9/13 to 9/11).

I tried to change several settings, including the settings mentioned here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

Also I tried two different Data feed connections and changed the rollover settings (also tried several contracts of several instruments).
See screenshots attached for some information. No matter what settings I do, as soon as I press apply Chart settings, the date range jumps back to 9/11, if I changed or deleted it manually.

Your Sierra Chart account was restricted. It is now activated.

And you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You must update to the current version by following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
