Hello, I am currently testing SierraCharts but for any reason every chart is only loading 3 days (9/13 to 9/11). I tried to change several settings, including the settings mentioned here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Also I tried two different Data feed connections and changed the rollover settings (also tried several contracts of several instruments). See screenshots attached for some information. No matter what settings I do, as soon as I press apply Chart settings, the date range jumps back to 9/11, if I changed or deleted it manually. Thanks for the help.
