The one issue I have with Sierra Charts DOM is that there is no way to quickly place a custom order that isn't based off a normal buy/sell.

Sure, the custom orders work where if I wanted to add a bid/ask quantity stop to an order 2 ticks above I can just attack the orders and click the DOM and it adds the stop 2 ticks above with the set quantity. But this only works as a chained order where the original buy/sell has to fill first.

But what if I just wanted to play a quantity stop 2 ticks above?

1. I have to customize the settings at the bottom of the DOM
2. I have to use the drop down and scroll to the correct number
3. I have to hit buy/sell

That takes quite some time.

I was wondering if there was an easier way?

There could be a checkmark, like how you add attached orders. You click the check mark and the initial order is customized from the bottom part like is done with the top.

See a mock up here.

That would make things much easier and faster.
