vs 1939

At the RTH open I have been getting misplaced bars.

In pics attached you see I'll get a typical 9:30 bar, then a 9:27 bar, then a 9:30 bar.

Ive reloaded bars and it remains.

Is this data, or the charts.

I called TransAct and they say they have not heard of anyone else with a problem like that, ergo not data related.

What do you think?

The new version could not have corrected this because we see this incorrect timestamp in the historical data on our server. We are cleaning it up now and we will post here when done.

This problem has been going on for weeks. We have cleaned up the data from September 1 onward for now and notified Transact. Follow the instructions here to clean up the timestamp errors:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
