For any line drawn in Sierra Chart whether Study Subgraph lines, Order lines, Chart Drawing lines, or Grid lines, if the line width is greater than or equal to 2 pixels and they have a Line Style of any of the following:

Dash
Dot
Dash-Dot
Dash-Dot-Dot
Then these are drawn with what is called a geometric pen.

Does the Point Draw Style also fall into this category?

If so, could it be possible to change the line style on it to solid?

You need to tell us whether you have a problem or not. We do not know. And then you just need to change the Draw Style and Line Style appropriately to resolve the problem.

Scrolling is slow, I am trying to figure out why.

If this was causing high CPU useage, would the draw time next to the study indicate it? If it says 0ms, does not that mean it's not adding any lag?

That means the study is not taking any calculation time which is measurable.

Refer to help topic 30 for any performance issues:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often
