I have an account at Dorman Futures - I use CTS T4 as my main platform for execution. I also have a SIM login that Dorman provides for data that I use to power my charts on Sierra. I upgraded my Sierra charts this am to the new version and I have run into errors.

When I log into Sierra I cannot log into my Live CTS platform, it says I am Logged into it at another location? I have no other locations. CTS mentioned it sees error fixes from Sierra so I am coming here to find out if there is something on Sierras end. I cannot trade becasue the 2 are at conflict with each other and I have never ever had this issue since I have been using Sierra charts and CTS (for over 4 years).

If I log into Sierra with just my SIM CTS its fine everything works. But if I try to log into the LIVE CTS platform it immediately runs into conflict. 2 different logins also? If I log out of Sierra and just log into CTS SIM with out Sierra charts ...no problem.

CTS and Sierra have a conflict at the moment? did something change over night becasue I had zero issues yesterday.

I did update my version though this am

We apologize for the delay and for this issue. It is due to a change that we did not yet document. The releases have been coming out faster than us releasing release notes.

We want you to roll back to version 1977. We will check on the latest version which will support what you want. Follow the instructions here:

I spoke too soon. It worked for 4 minutes and now back to the same problem.

I got this following notice from CTS

LOGGED IN ELSWHERE

YOU HAVE LOGGED IN AT ANOTHER LOCATION. YOU MAY ONLY BE LOGGED IN TO ONCE AT A TIME. IF YOU HAVE A LIVE SIMULATOR LOGIN, OR A 3rd PARTY APPLICATION TO THESE SIMULTANEOUSLY FROM THE SAME COMPOUTER

OK. I rebooted the computer and so far everything is working. running version 1977 SIm and my live platform and so far no issues

Ok you may have to go back earlier than version 1977. But no matter what version you are running, if the CTS account you are using with Sierra Chart is different than the CTS trading platform, you should not have this issue anyway.
