I have an account at Dorman Futures - I use CTS T4 as my main platform for execution. I also have a SIM login that Dorman provides for data that I use to power my charts on Sierra. I upgraded my Sierra charts this am to the new version and I have run into errors.

When I log into Sierra I cannot log into my Live CTS platform, it says I am Logged into it at another location? I have no other locations. CTS mentioned it sees error fixes from Sierra so I am coming here to find out if there is something on Sierras end. I cannot trade becasue the 2 are at conflict with each other and I have never ever had this issue since I have been using Sierra charts and CTS (for over 4 years).

Help?
