I have access to Sierra through Transact for $20 dollars per month, can I get real-time data feed from CME for 20 symbols only for $5.75 or I need to pay $35 for the first connection too? Please let me know.

Will I be able to see 300 levels of Market Depth with Denali Exchange Data Feed?
B/c my primary reason for signing up is to see Market-depth in the style of "Bookmap".

Ok, I signed up for Denali Exchange Service.
How do I connect it to Transact Futures (again I have Sierra subscription with them).
Also, I do not see when I selected Denali Exchange Service that it asked me to choose the exchange which I want, which is CME (that trades ES). So, what do I do?
Please help me :-)

We are canceling the data feed on the account you activated it for. You did it on the wrong account. You need to do it on your Sierra Chart account that is associated with your Transact account. We will guide you through that process so there is no mistake.

At this point we want you to go to your installation of Sierra Chart, and select Help >> Support Board and post a message here when done.

We wanted you to select Help >> Support Board and then after you do that, then post here.

But looks like you then logged back in again with your other Sierra Chart account.

Select Help >> Account Control Panel.

And then go to this page here and complete the information with all of your correct details including your email address :

It really is difficult for us, when you continue to post, without using your Sierra Chart account associated with Transact. Select Help >> Support Board from within your installation of Sierra Chart used with Transact. Then post a message here and do not change your account you are logged in with. Just simply say "hello I have done this".
