I paid for 6 months of Sierra chart use. I am through the free 2 week trial time. How do I activate the chart time and don't tell me to go to control panel, I have been there 5 times and it seems from how I am reading it, that the system wants me to pay for more time. Thanks.

Sorry, I misinterpreted the information. Make sure you are logging into Sierra Chart with your Sierra Chart account associated with TransAct. That particular account is not the same one that you have posted to this board with. It will start with TransAct_User_. Also, make sure that you are starting Sierra Chart directly from the icon on the desktop and not from the TransAct software.
