Hey there. I'm trying to enable Denali and it says the data feed is not enabled on your account after I completed the required forms. Is this something I have to wait for? Or did I miss a step?

Based on what we see, you just need to add an additional $10 credit to your account to actually cause the data feed to become active. Go to this page for more information:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You also need to add additional credit to cover exchange fees and then you will need to activate required exchanges.

Hi. Now I have the same problem with my account. I used Denali feed for months and now it says that "The Data Feed is not enabled on the account" so I cannot activate CME group. What am I missing?

Where do you see that text?

Also you are using what is called the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed not the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

We see what the problem is. We are activating the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you now. You were previously not using that. It should be available in a few minutes.

Please activate the needed CME Exchange option here:

https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

As we do not know what you need.

We probably were "fixing" my account together. So, to activate SC exchange back I need to send reactivate request for SC chart exchange 1st connection and then I need to activate data feed which is in my case Full CME group with market depth (Total cost is 25+31.75). Correct?
Other solution is to activate "Danali exchange service" and then same Full CME group with market depth (again cost is 25+31.75), correct? Or do I also need to pay connection fee in this set up? as per Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

For the CME Data, you really just need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It is the same cost as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, except that you do not have any symbol limits, so there is an advantage. It is also where we are moving everyone to for the CME Data in the long-term.

At this point you have been all setup to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. All you need to do is to select the particular exchange that you want to have active. You can do this from this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Depending on which exchange you want, you may need to add credit to your account. You can add credit by following this link:

Thanks for reply. I'm using 1st link and still getting the same error when trying to activate "Full CME Group": "data feed is not activated on your account"
Do I keep 2. ("denali exchange feed") Disabled? as shown here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

For some reason the Exchange Agreements are not showing as having been completed. We have sent you an email with a link to the agreements. Please complete those, then enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed and then select the Exchanges you want.

Basically, follow through the Setup Instructions starting here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Sign the Agreements (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

Hi I'm getting the same issue. I'm trying to purchase the data feed without market depth and I can see that I have enough money in the account and have filled in the non-professional agreement.

Tahir - You have only completed one of the two agreements. You also need to fill out and sign the Uniform Subscriber Agremeent. You can do this from this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Once that is done follow the rest of the Setup Instructions starting from here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_ActivateService
