Hello,

I'm signed up to the BitMex data feed, and for XBT using 223 and 512 ticks, I'm missing data. See the screenshot attached.

What do you recommend?

We did not observe any missing data in the chart. Since you are using range bars, the range bar condition has been met a large number of times across a short period of time resulting in the volume for those bars to be low.

However, make sure to set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
