I am able to log in to my Sierra Chart but when I log in the only thing that opens is my orders and positions window nothing else opens. So i can not click file open chartbook as the last Sierra Chart support member told me. The only thing that opens is a order and position window as you can see in the screenshot nothing else at all. There is no way for me to open chartbooks or do anything besides the position window

How do i fix this thanks

Why cannot you click on File >> Open Chartbook? So you cannot get to that?

Right click on the Sierra Chart icon on your Windows taskbar and select Maximize.

Well at this point we recommend setting Sierra Chart to a default state:

Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

Also for the record this is very very rare for us to recommend this.

To be clear we only recommend that you delete this one file:
Sierra3.cfg

Do not delete any others.

I see 30 Sierra3.config files

When I copy one of them I put it in the mainSierra Folder

Then I delete it from where I copied it from? Just that one file or all 30?

Do not delete it from the source location. You just would restore one of those. And you have to remove the number in front of it. Here are the detailed instructions:
Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

So just to make sure there is no mistake here. Exit from Sierra Chart, delete the Sierra3.CFG file in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. And then run Sierra Chart. So you do not see the main window?
