I'm confused after reading all the packages. I have Infinity Futures with Sierra Chart. Apparently their contract with Sierra has expired and now I can not trade off the charts, upgrade sierra charts past version 1915, and have a lot of lag when the market gets really volatile.

I wanted to get the Sierra Chart Data feed to at least get rid of the lag and be able to upgrade the charts; and if possible to trade off the charts. Is the following what I need to get?
Infinity Futures Sierra Chart fee + Sierra Chart Advanced Package fee + CME Bundle Exchange Fee ($15.75) + Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed fee (One for 25 USD per month that is to be selected when using any other supported Trading service or if you will not be using it with any Trading service.)

Or can I just purchase the Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed since I'm already signed up with Infinity Futures for the Sierra Charts software?

Can you tell us why you say this:
and now I can not trade off the charts,

We do know that for versions since 1941 the websocket connection that is now used to Transact does not yet support trading because Transact has not yet released that functionality. There certainly is not a problem with 1915. Or version 1941 or earlier versions.

You can either pay for Sierra Chart through your brokerage account with Infinity. There should be no price change for the month of September.

Or alternatively you can pay for Sierra Chart directly to Sierra Chart. If you run Sierra Chart using the shortcut on your desktop, you can then pay for usage time and take advantage of the 30% discount even if you pay month-to-month. After logging into Sierra Chart, select Help >> Account Control Panel from the menu.

And then follow the instructions here to pay for usage time:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access

And once you are paying direct for Sierra Chart, you will just always launch Sierra Chart through the shortcut on your desktop. You would not launch it direct from the Transact software. You will continue to use the username that begins with Transact_user_.

Let us know if you need further help.

If you do want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, here is the relevant documentation and pricing for that:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

At most you would pay about 25 for the Advanced package and 25 for the data feed, if you require that. And also exchange fees. But you would also be liable for exchange fees through Transact's own software.

Thanks for the call today.

Just an update: I tried to place a live trade on the charts and up to yesterday it wasn't working, but I tried again just now and it is finally working. Only tried it for version 1915. So maybe they are working on fixing their issues. I will keep an eye on the lag issue and if it still persists this week I will sign up for the sierra data feed on Tuesday.
