Footprint chart candle and data issues

I am having issues with footprint chart data and candle formation. My chart is not correlating to my colleague's chart. I have uploaded 2 images to illustrate. Image 1 is my faulty chart and Image 2 the correct chart.

The 2 issues are:

1) The bid x ask volume on my chart is different
2) The candle formation on my chart is different as indicated by the yellow box drawn on both charts. On my colleague's chart 4 candles formed while only 1 candle formed on my chart.

Our configurations are exactly the same, the data feed is the same and I have double checked that all the chart settings are the same. I have also tried deleting and re-adding the chart but the issue keeps recurring.

What does seem to have an impact is turning Auto-Set from Data Feed on and off. When I change this setting and apply it the chart re-loads with different candle formations which correlate to the other chart but the bid x ask volumes are still different. The formation issue then recurs a few candles later.

Thanks in advance

Follow the instructions in this section here:
Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent: General Information and Related Settings

Definitely keep this setting unchecked:
Auto-Set from Data Feed

Both of you need to do this as well:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Thank you. My intraday data storage time unit was set to 1 second instead of 1 tick. This sorted out the issue.
