After leaving my computer for a short while, I returned and all the charts were totally messed up. I tried to close down the program, and even reinstall the latest version.. everything is still totally screwed up. I opened multiple saved workbooks and all those charts are also not loading properly. Is there an issue with the Sierra Charts program? I called my broker (AMP), they said there was no problem on their end or with my CQG datafeed. They told me to write you a ticket to confirm the problem. Please help. Thanks.

For example, all my renko charts just show a straight 45 degree incline of green bars forever. If I open a new chart, fresh from scratch.. I get the same issue. Almost all my charts (but not every single one), are loading incorrectly and showing data incorrectly. I honestly can't even trade right now, the charts are just a big mess of information.

Instructions updated:

To re-download the data in the chart to correct the data error during the 17:00 US Eastern time hour:

Right-click on the chart before the data error and select Delete and Download Data.

The reason for the problem, is that there are special values which are recorded with Intraday data now which is used to build accurate daily bar data and inadvertently that got into the historical data for CQG in a format which was not getting filtered out on serving data. This is now resolved.
