Hi,

as you can see in the attached files my ES / NQ Intraday Charts are totally damaged. Daily Charts are ok and other Intraday Charts seem to be OK as well.

I did nothing special. After begining of the new session the charts were broken.

I tried this:
1) Reload Button
2) Delete and Download Data From Current Position to End
3) Delete ES Intraday File

Nothing worked.

I really like SC but this failure is not cool, as day trader you have to trust on your tool.

Thanks for help.

I have the same problem. I am with AMP/CQG

Deleting and redownloading data does not fix the problem

Instructions updated:

To re-download the data in the chart to correct the data error during the 17:00 US Eastern time hour:

Right-click on the chart before the data error and select Delete and Download Data.

The reason for the problem, is that there are special values which are recorded with Intraday data now which is used to build accurate daily bar data and inadvertently that got into the historical data for CQG in a format which was not getting filtered out on serving data. This is now resolved.

We checked December GC in the CQG data we have. We are not seeing any data errors. Therefore, just follow this procedure here to completely re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
