Hi Team,

I'm experiencing an issue when I use a constant range chart with 2 or more studies (all on independent scale).
Basically the lower and/or upper extreme plot of the studies appear to cut off.
Easiest to describe visually, see below 3 screenshots.

Constant Range chart with 1 study (not cut off, see arrow marker)

Automatic Range chart with 2 studies (not cut off, see arrow marker)

Note that I have tried/confirmed the suggestions listed here:

Any help or insight would be much appreciated, thankyou.

This is simply related to the fact that you have your scales set to Constant Range. As such, the range of the scales is not going to change. That is the whole purpose behind the Constant Range setting, is that you have set it to be constant and it will not change.

You either need to adjust the range and make it larger, or use the Automatic Scale Range. Refer to the following for more information on the Scale Range settings:

Hi John,

Thankyou for your prompt review & reply.
Let me try to elaborate on the problem to help with understanding.

The problem is not with the Main Chart data or Constant Range scaling on it.
I'm familiar with this thanks to your good documentation as you linked.

The problem is with the 2nd (or more) studies that are overlayed on the main chart, all using Independent scale.
These should not be cut off from view when Independent scale is used.

If you could please re-review the first picture link for a visual explanation of the problem:

Thankyou.

Disregard the answer at post #2, we need more time to look into this.

The problem is with the 2nd (or more) studies that are overlayed on the main chart, all using Independent scale.
So they are using an Independent Scale Range ?

We did resolve an initial Scale calculation error issue when using a Constant Range Scale for a study.

Update to prerelease version 1982 and see if you still have the problem.
