Hi,

I am trying out the denali exchange for my data feed. I am only seeing 100 levels of market depth for CL. Can i see more depth using denali or do i need to switch back to SC data for 300 levels of market depth?

Thanks.

Refer to:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

I also have Denali data feed and only 100 levels of depth. I confirmed that chart settings and data trade settings all have max depth 0. I even check the individual symbol settings and they also have max depth 0. What could be causing this issue?

Go to Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings. On that page is an entry for Max Depth Levels. Make sure that is set to 0.
