Looking for feedback from people who've converted to Denali...

My markets are CME futures (CL, ES etc). Currently using AMP+SC5+ CQG with CME bundle+market depth.

From what I've read/heard, the Denali feed looks like it offers a better quality feed than CQG, has 500 depth, 2 connections, price competitive. Also if you route orders via Sierra the monthly cost goes down.

Anyone made the jump and have feedback? Is it a no-brainer?
And what about order routing?

It seems you may have to convert symbols, anyother issues?

Cheers
Chris

The feedback is very good.

We did have an incident August 2 which is documented here:
TT Order Routing issue 2019-08-02

This issue has been resolved and as we said it will not happen again.

There was also an issue that one user had with Position reporting due to a TT issue with not reporting Positions when there was a query made, about three months ago but TT resolved that. But in general, there is always the potential no matter what service you are using that there could be an incorrect position reported. In general this is not common but it does happen. It even happens with CQG sometimes.

This is already supported. You just need to use this command:

Sounds good, definitely want to try it out. Is it painless to convert from old feed, I was assuming I just do deactivate on old one, then activate Denali?

Thanks
Chris

When you say converting from the old feed, are you referring to converting from Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to the Denali Exchange Data Feed? This needs to be handled by us and we need to do the transition at the end of August for you.
