Hello, I installed Sierrachart and IB on a new computer according the guidelines. I moved the data and chartbooks. Everything shows. Instead that the symbol does not excist. Gettings message: symbol is unknown. Click for simbol information.... The simbol I aam using is the INdex data from teh amsterdam eoe exchange. VAEX-I-FTA and EOE-I-FTA IN the symbol list in sierra they are called EOE-IND-FTA but that does either give no data from IB, besides I need the historical data of EOE-I-FTA accumulated with the new data, I do not receive right now.
