Hi, I can see my station as being Not Connected! what is wrong? I am using version 1310 and have paid the membership fees.

In regards to using versions prior to 1600 with Sierra Chart data feeds, due to a server update those are no longer able to connect to the data servers for real-time data. You need to update to the current version. You can install that from this page:
