ChartBook Scroll Bar Reseting Itself

So, this is a new problem - never seen this one before.

When I load more than 2 chartbooks, and switch back and forth between the chartbooks, usually the bottom scroll bar will be way out of alignment.
Now the charts are all correctly positioned - nothing wrong there. The problem is that the scrollbar is usually a full scroll away from any of these charts - meaning I would have to scroll the bar back until the charts are in full view.

Often there are no charts being displayed - its usually a blank space which would require the user to scroll the bottom bar until the charts re-appear.
However, there's a catch - often times, the scroll bar does not appear at first, until a window is moved out of the line of sight (then the scroll bar re-appears). But if the chartbook is switched to, or loads, and there is no chart visible - then there is almost no way to make the scroll bar appear again.

I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas as to what I might have done, or how I might fix this?

What you are describing is garbage and unreliable Microsoft multiple document interface scrollbar functionality.

We are developing our own replacement for this which will be out before January 2020. This is part of our active development at this time.

We cannot help with this other than to say to disable this option:
General Settings Window: Enable Workspace Scrolling (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll)

We are not going to provide further help for the problem you are having because we cannot solve it. We are going to solve it by discarding this Microsoft garbage from the program.

In all of our vast experience developing on Windows we can unequivocally and accurately say, that the Microsoft operating system API in many areas is of exceptionally poor quality, inefficient and has problems. What we develop is vastly more efficient and reliable.

I understand, and I have no problem waiting for the patch.
Although I will say - turning off the workspace scrolling option has apparently fixed the problem.

Thank you guys for the quick and accurate response.
You have really built a wonderful platform, and I try to recommend it to everyone.
May you have many more years success. Good luck to you all!
