Is it possible for me to export tick data into seperate txt files according to date?
For example, how could I export 15/7/2019's ES futures tick data into one txt file and export 16/7/2019's ES futures tick data into another txt automatically? Thanks.

There is no support for exporting data to different files based on date. The only thing that comes close is the simply being able to export the data for the open chart, and you can then set the Chart Settings to have only a single day of data, which would then be exported. You will also need to set the chart bars to 1 Number of Trades Per Bar.

Refer to the following regarding exporting Intraday chart data:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File

Thank you. But what do you mean by setting the chart bars to 1 Number of trades per bar? Where should I set this value?

This is set through the Chart >> Chart Settings:
Chart Settings: Time Period Per Bar / Amount of Data Per Bar (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period menu)
