Already subscribed to new datafeed. It seemed to be working well by integrating into Rithmic but now has disappeared, and there's no "M" listed beside the future symbol on the top of the chart.

Until we determine what the problem is, we need to know are you at least receiving the data feed from your Trading service?

If not, then uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. And then reconnect to the data feed until we determine what the source of the problem is.

We know there is one case that this could happen, when you alter the Global Symbol Settings for the symbol and that will be resolved today.

Yes, still receiving Rithmic data but there is no "M" beside the symbol on the top (therefore assuming not receiving SC data feed).

And yes, losing the "M" occurred right after a global symbol setting for a future symbol was made. Saw the recent posting on how to do this and liked it because my charts change back to default times after rolling over to the next month. Apologize for not being able to send log data now - away from resources now but will still send later if u still need it.

Hi ganz

Probably not the place to do this but saying thanks for the fascinating work u did to compare SC's new feed to IQ and CTS. Plus your Linux info is nice to know.

OK, we understand what the problem is. This is now resolved.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

After Sierra Chart is updated, you should then be getting the new data feed as long as Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.
