Is it that there are not many bars in the chart? Looks like you have too much fill space. Make sure Chart >> Lock Fill Space is unchecked and then press the END key on the keyboard.

We have looked into this, and apparently the problem is because you are running a significantly older version, there is an issue with the access to historical data. You will need to update by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

After the update follow the instructions in help topic 7.1 to download the missing data:
