I just downloaded a new version of Sierra Chart and now charts are frozen. Data feed is connected and there is no error message shown. I restarted the program and still same problem. Please advise how to fix this?

When you say the charts are frozen is this for futures contract symbols?

The charts are frozen for futures contract symbols. I'm with Optimus

The problem is the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service setting is not set correctly.

Most likely it needs to be set to CQG or Rithmic in your case. Have you been using one of these two services previously?

I think I have been using Rithmic. At Global settings I see "All services" and green field showing that I have some data but my charts still frozen

I did what you recommended and it is working now, thank you.
I have another issue.I use one custom study from Mini-player (emini-player.scsf_EMiniPlayer_Zones) and with new version of Sierra charts it stopped loading and showing the zones on my Sierra charts. Please, advise.

You will need to ask the provider of this study about this. They can test on the current version and see what the issue is.
