Hi looking for the proper way to upload my own recorded alert sounds and in what format?

what folder to put them in? ect

They just need to be standard Windows wave(wav) files and these are placed in the AlertSounds subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder.

That is what i thought but as you can see in the attached screen prints none of the alerts in the AlertSounds folder actually appear in my symbol alert window as selection options.

Any ideas?

You need to assign them to the individual Alert Numbers through the General Settings:
