Hello again,

Seems like on the demo you assigned to me, I get the following issue, whenever opening a new chart, it just starts from a single bar/tick, no way for me to go back into the history of the instrument.

It would be highly appreciated if you can assist, also I am not sure if I am managing to log in to the demo itself, again if you can help, I would be very grateful.

First thing we want you to do is to update to the current version:

Software Download: Fast Update

After the update, follow the instructions below so we can see what the problem is:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
