chart question

i recently installed SC on my laptop and I copied over some charts from my desktop. when i try to grab and move the chart up and down with my hand tool i'm not able to. i can condense the chart from the price area. I have looked to see if the chart is locked and i don't see that it is. can you please help me figure this out? thanks, Nik |
