i recently installed SC on my laptop and I copied over some charts from my desktop. when i try to grab and move the chart up and down with my hand tool i'm not able to. i can condense the chart from the price area. I have looked to see if the chart is locked and i don't see that it is. can you please help me figure this out? thanks, Nik |

I need more help please. I downloaded the latest version on SC 2942 and now on a few of my charts they are not showing any candles. the price bar is following along but the candles are not forming on the charts. Can you please advise? thanks, Nik |

Make sure the scale is set to "Automatic" and then reset the scales. Refer to the following Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Automatic (Scale Range) Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale If you prefer a different scaling option, then you can reset back to that after getting the bars to show up again with Automatic. If the above does not solve it, then check "Chart >> Graph Draw Types" and make sure it is not set to "Blank". If you still have a problem when you get to this point, then get us an image of one chart for which you have an issue by following these instructions (even if it is blank): Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) And tell us the symbol of that chart, exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
