Error message - chart not appear

Hello,
I received the following error message:
"Error setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client. | 2019-06-19 08:31:39.178 *

Chart is not appearing.

This is unrelated. In regards to the problem with the chart not appearing follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
