Hello ,I don't know if I'm posting in the right place but today I wanted to trade CL and when I got into a trade my first time I DC-ed . I didn't think much of it until I reconnected and my position was flat.I wasn't up or down money. Then I tried entering into another one and for some reason after no movement and me scratching a trade I was up .13 cents.I was shocked so then I went on to investigate the problem and sure thing my traded log was saying that I was up $130.Then I tried trading again but this time I was down .13 after no market movement instantaneously this is where I went flat again and tried to trade for the 2nd time which put me another .13 in the whole for a total of $260.Now after this I tried to switch to Sim trading and after doing that everything seems to be normal ,but going back to live isn't.I was hoping you guys can help me out with this.I don't want do be down almost $300 through no fault of my own.My data feed is Rithmic.Thanks.

Ok this sounds like a problem with the Daily Profit/Loss or the Open Profit/Loss? This is not clear for us. If there is any issue with a daily profit/loss, refer to:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

Also refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List

We also want you to use prerelease version 1931:
Software Download: Fast Update

And see if this automatically resolves the problem.

Yeah I tried downloading the pre-release version and it's still the same.AMP suppport even told me to try and install R Trader to see if it's the Rithmic connection that's the problem but on their platform everything looks fine.AMP told me that I'm only down the money that I was down prior to the glitch. So it's only on SC's end.I'll take a look at the articles that you've linked.Thanks.

Ok, this is not unusual. You really have to understand how these calculations are arrived at and why the problems exist. This page explains it in detail:

Thanks for providing the links and the video. Will see if that'll fix anything. Now it says that I'm down thousands of dollars.I don't know how that is NORMAL ,but hey, maybe I don't understand something even though when I try SIM/DEMO mode it works as it should.I know it's a glitch with SC ,because my broker statements reflect my trades as they should. Here's to hoping that I can figure it out on my own and that it doesn't give someone else a heart attack when they are down that much money.
