Good morning.
I'm getting the above error on 2 of the charts I have open (CL and 6e) and when I follow the instructions for edit/delete download data, it will temporarily corrects the issue then it will revert back to the times being out of order.

We see you are using Gain Capital. It must be a problem with that data feed because someone else is reporting this as well.

The only thing we can say is try reconnecting to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

And then afterwards re-download the data from just before where the problem begins:
