Hello

I sent a message log.

I am having an issue with data timestamps. On initially loading SierraChart the data displayed in my intraday chart is correct. After a few minutes, however, the newly populating bars have incorrect times. I can delete and reload the data using methods under "Help topic 63: Out of Order Timestamps Detected " and this fixes past bars, but new bars still appear with incorrect timestamps after a few minutes.

We see you are using Gain Capital. It must be a problem with that data feed because someone else is reporting this as well.

The only thing we can say is try reconnecting to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

And then afterwards Re-download the data from just before where the problem begins:
