Stop order not being filled.

Earlier today I had a buy order with a bracket set on the nasdaq micro if it dropped to a certain number and my internet ended up dropping and by the time it came back the buy had been filled but my bracket was gone. This is obviously a huge issue because I don't have any downside protection. Do these bracket orders not go to the server of my broker if I'm not logged into my account?

No they do not in the case of CQG.
