Trying to understand the discrepancy between bid-ask depth bars and market depth window

I have attached the screenshot. Anyways I am noticing the Market Depth and Bid-Ask Depth Bars usually do not show the same thing. I have tried Market Depth-Last and still am not getting the same values. Thanks.
