I recently switched brokers and data providers. i'm now using Rithmic data.

This small program called DTC Bridge Server automatically started running, and seems to be causing connection issues with the Rithmic servers. i'm constantly being disconnected and reconnected to the servers.

Is this part of Sierra? Do I need it, or can it be removed?

Yes you need that bridge program and our development with Rithmic has ceased. We are not doing any further development with the Rithmic connection.

The connectivity that Sierra Chart has to Rithmic, is considered very substandard by us. We do not recommend using it. The new Sierra Chart order routing service has vastly superior connectivity by comparison.

What is the Sierra Chart order routing service? Is that the DTC Bridge Server?

I've read the link.
Are you providing full depth of market?
Is it as fast and accurate as Rithmic? Rithmic wasn't always good, but apparently has become one of the best.
Which option do i need for futures only trading?

Sierra Chart already has full depth of market. Our data feed and order routing is as fast as can be . Rithmic offers no advantages. Only problems with the integration that Sierra Chart has. It is very disfavored by us. We are very close to delisting Rithmic.

We have to be honest. This is not meant to be a criticism of Rithmic, but we are no longer going to be supporting Rithmic and it is going to get phased out .

This is a complete mess when users are put on this. We do not want anyone new put on Rithmic. We have had enough of this.

It is creating a poor impression for us.

I'm also using BookMap. I don't see your data feed listed on their platform. Can you please reach out to them and see if you are compatible?

In your case you are going to need to use Rithmic if you want to use Bookmap. We just cannot help with any connectivity issues encountered. You are completely on your own with those.

As far as compatibility goes with Bookmap there may be a complication relating to market data rules. So this is why we are not reaching out to them. And also our Market Depth Historical Graph functionality is continuously being enhanced.

Can you please confirm full depth of market feed on your data feed?

Most data feed services provide 10 levels of depth on each side of the current price. Rithmic provides "Full" depth, or extended depth to allow visibility to all orders on the market. Does your data service provide visibility to the full depth of market, or just the first 10 levels on either side?

Also, the documentation indicates a fee of $25 for this service, but when i go to my account page to activate it says the fee is $35. Can you tell me why i'm seeing that discrepancy?

I would like to bring to your attention to please speak to the combine providers (TopStep, OneUp, EarnToTrade) about using your routing service if you are planning to discontinue Rithmic. It would be a great pity if we cannot use Sierra Chart for combines or funded accounts.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed currently provides 200 levels of market depth for the CME markets. We are planning to increase that to 300.

To get the $25 price you need to change the number of real-time symbols from 100 to 20. This is on the section for activating the real-time connection. In about a month the 20 symbol limit will be increased.

Support for Rithmic is not going to get removed. But we are going to defer technical support to those brokers and trading evaluators who will put users on Rithmic. Once again this is nothing against Rithmic. It just has to do with simplifying operations for Sierra Chart. And providing a better quality and unified support for our user base when it comes to trading the CME and EUREX markets. And currently the integration to Rithmic is just not good.

So at this point the transfer of the burden of support is now on those brokers and trading evaluators who are putting the users on Rithmic.
